Hola! This is a super spacious home with plenty of seating for a large group. The home features multiple alcoves for smaller groups within a large group to hang out. We have big windows and great lighting.
Our home is near the heart of Long Beach. It's the perfect place to stay before catching a romantic cruise, visiting Catalina Island, going to a convention or heading off to Disneyland.
It's only 10 mins to Long Beach Airport & 30 mins to Los Angeles Airport during non-rush.

When you walk into our home you'll walk into a spacious dining room with a gorgeous black table and chandelier that can seat a large party. There are plenty of windows to let in the summer warmth.
There are three bedrooms downstairs. One of the bedrooms has an attached bathroom. Each of these bedrooms have a queen bed.
Upstairs there is one bedroom that has both a queen and a full-sized bed. There are two alcoves with slanted ceilings and plenty of seating for people to congregate, hangout and play games.
In the house you'll find three exceptionally nice and newly renovated bathrooms with luxurious high pressure showers. The hallway bathroom on the first floor has a bathtub as well. All of the bathroom mirrors come with lighting and a defrosting feature.
This home will be extremely comfortable for you because you can individually set the AC to your preferred temperature in each room because each room has it's own separate AC and heating unit!
After the gym attached to this home or after you get back from the beach you'll find a free washer, dryer and detergent in this home for you to use.
